How can I update my shipping address after an order has been placed?

Rich Mom Gear  is more than happy to update the shipping address associated with your order. Please share your updated shipping address by reaching out  at this link and be sure to include your order number in the email to support. Below is the required format to update your shipping address:

first / last name
street address
unit/apt # (if applicable)
city, state & zip code

Important note: In order to maintain an efficient fulfillment process, it is not a guarantee that shipping addresses will be updated as your order may already be in progress to ship. Once your updated address is received, we will update the address and follow up with a confirmation. If the order is already in transit you can contact USPS directly at the link below and they can try and divert your order.
